It began with a stranger.
An elevator.
An unexpected moment.
And a spiritual awakening I couldn't simply forget.
Years later, I’m returning to those pages with new perspective, deeper understanding, and much more of the story to tell. ✨

For nearly 20 years, Donna L. Holloman has envisioned urban communities where homes are safe, sustainable, energy-efficient and easier on monthly utility bills.
Inspired by her years in real estate, notary services and office management—and her love for her own urban home—the vision has grown beyond housing to include an Urban Green Homes Coworking & Community Space: an environmentally conscious place where entrepreneurs, professionals and neighbors can work, connect, learn and create together.
From greener homes to greener places to work, the dream is ultimately about one thing: building stronger, more sustainable urban communities.

The Flying Ink Pen
For many years, while working as a licensed real estate agent and employee, Donna L. Holloman also served as a Certified Notary Signing Agent and Mobile Notary, assisting more than 1,500 clients along the way.
She especially loved helping people who needed a notary to come to them—from busy families and professionals to seniors in nursing homes and individuals who were homebound or bedridden.
Now, Donna is building on that experience with The Flying Ink Pen App—a future service designed to make it easier for people to connect with mobile notaries in communities throughout the United States.
The technology may be new. The idea of bringing the service to people isn’t. ✍🏽📱🇺🇸
